    The etymology of its name is inspired by a distant era in which, in the properties of wealthy Roman landowners in Matelica, the presence of "vineyard lands", that is dedicated to the cultivation of vines. Terravignata is characterized by its verticality, supported by an acidic note and the freshness of a young wine: the grapes, which allow us to obtain this result, come in fact from a vineyard facing west and they are harvested at a low degree of ripeness.

     

    Soil type: clayey-limestone

    Grape variety and blend: Verdicchio 100%

    Grape yield per hectare: 90/100 quintals/ha

    Harvest period: from mid-September

    Refinement: 4 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle

     

    The etymology of the name is inspired to past days when, in the properties 
    of wealthy Roman landowners in Matelica, the presence of "terre vignate" was attested, meaning lands dedicated to the cultivation of grapevine. Terravignata is characterized by its verticality, supported by a sour note and the freshness of a young wine: the grapes allowing us to achieve this result come, in fact, from a West-facing vineyard and are picked early during the maturation phase.

    Grape yield per hectare: 90/100 quintals/ha

    Time of harvest: from mid September

    Aging: 4 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in bottle
