Borgo Paglianetto | Grappa from pomace of Verdicchio di Matelica 2014

A young and fresh grappa, it gives off an intense and at the same time delicate aroma, presenting notes of white fruit together with a slight hint of honey. Soft and fragrant, it releases notes of grapes and pears on the palate up to fresher vegetal notes, such as aromatic herbs. A very light spicy note sweetened by honey completes the whole of this white grappa.
